Welcome Maisy!!!
We made the decision that we loved the Boxer breed so much, one isn't enough!  We fell into the Boxer trap.  The breed is so smart and funny, loving and endearing that when you own one you find the need to have two!!  We sought out a new puppy. And I have to admit this time it was much more difficult to find the puppy we were looking for.  There is no doubt that Maisy was waiting just for us.  Maisy was born in Ohio, on July 3 2013 (which happens to be Cally's birth-day as well).  Her mother, Molly, was a very caring and supportive momma.  She gave Maisy all that she needed to thrive.  Maisy was originally give the name Pepsi, which just happens to be our "pop" preference.  But we felt that she looked more like a Maisy.  It was along drive out and a long drive home.  Long car rides are not Maisy's strongpoint.  She let us know that a moving car does not agree with her belly.  But once asleep she felt much better.  Once we arrived home, she met her new big sister Cally.  They hit it off right away,  many sniffs later they agreed to accept each other.  What a relief that was. Cally has been trying to show Maisy the ropes.  Maisy has been catching on to the whole bathroom thing. Only one accident so far.  Maisy slept the whole night and woke up at 7:30 am and went out side did her business and came back in to sleep a little longer......my kinda pup!  We have fallen in love with this sweet little pup.  Tomorrow will be the first day with the boys at school, so I should be able to actually play with her myself!  My plan is to once again blog and post pictures showing Maisy's progress and post any funny antics or ask any questions we may have.  As always please feel free to comment and enjoy our journey with Cally and Maisy!
